General
The Division of Management Services (DMS) is comprised of an administrator’s office and three bureaus: the Bureau of Budget and Finance, the Bureau of Computing Services, and the Bureau of Human Resources.
- The Bureau of Budget and Finance partners with the department through accounting / fiscal control, contract management, and preparation of the agency’s budget. It also oversees Departmental facilities.
- The Bureau of Computing Services partners with each of the divisions of the department on their technology needs. Their wide range of services includes equipment deployment, information management, new software implementation, and customer service.
- The Bureau of Human Resources partners with the department through a variety of employee-based services. BHR leads personnel hiring, manages benefits and training for employees, and oversees employee relations.
